For over 12 years, I've led product management at top agencies including R/GA, PwC and Code & Theory, as well as directly at Tiffany & Co., Goldman Sachs and Comcast. I've co-led 50-person product departments, managed $10M+ client portfolios, and served as connective tissue across engineering, legal, UX, billing, and AI teams on complex, multi-party programs with non-negotiable deadlines.
I hold a Master of Engineering from Lehigh University (full scholarship, GPA 3.76), a BA from Lehigh (GPA 3.78), and conducted postgraduate research at the University of Pennsylvania.
My current work sits at the intersection of AI, product strategy, and content architecture. At Comcast, I'm part of the early team thinking through how brands show up inside LLM-generated responses, a practice the industry is starting to call Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). It's genuinely new territory. The frameworks are still forming, the measurement tools are nascent, and the organizations thinking seriously about it are few and far between. I'm helping shape what that practice looks like at enterprise scale.
Beyond GEO, my AI work spans product strategy for editorial platforms, AI-powered personalization, LLM-ready knowledge base design, and building the content and data foundations that make AI-driven experiences possible at all.
I've been thinking about AI product strategy for years, building it, practicing it, writing about it. I decided I should do something with all that material and experience, so I wrote the books I wished existed when I was building products. Both are rated five stars on Amazon.
You Work for Your User, co-authored with two leading CTOs, is a manifesto for building AI products that serve real humans. It recently hit Amazon Best Seller status. The Roadmap Is a Lie cuts through agile theater to show how focus, clarity, and the courage to say no transform product teams. "Sharp, no-nonsense playbook… a must-read for anyone building products in high-stakes, fast-moving environments." Dr. Michael Lehman, MD, MBA
